At Patriot Coffee Company, we partner with **Dripshipper**, a trusted coffee fulfillment service, to roast, package, and ship your orders fresh. This ensures every bag of coffee you receive is roasted to order and delivered quickly. ## Order Processing - All orders are roasted fresh after you place your order. - Orders are typically processed and shipped within **3–5 business days**. - You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. ## Shipping Rates & Methods - Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size. - We ship through Dripshipper’s carrier network (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), chosen automatically for speed and cost-effectiveness. - Free shipping may be available during promotions or when minimum order amounts are met. ## Delivery Times - **Domestic (USA):** 3–7 business days after shipping. - **International:** 7–21 business days depending on customs and carrier timelines. - Please note: Delivery time = roasting/processing time + shipping time. ## International Shipping & Customs - Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country. - Customs inspections may delay delivery, and we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates. ## Tracking Your Order - Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. - Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier. ## Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages - If your package is damaged, contact us within **7 days** with photos of the packaging and product. - If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we will work with Dripshipper and the carrier to investigate. - Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis. ## Contact Us **Patriot Coffee Company LLC** Email: patriotcoffeecompanyllc@gmail.com
